Meet Jasmine

Raised in Hong Kong, my love for music began with piano lessons in early childhood. After migrating to Canada in my late teens, I found my voice through songwriting and music-making, using them as expressive remedies and tools for self-healing. Throughout my educational journey, I received musical training in various styles, including Western classical, jazz, pop, and contemporary.

My curiosity about Music Therapy eventually led me to settle in Vancouver, BC, where I realized the healing power of music and human connection. As both a musician and a healer, I strive to cultivate an inviting space for raw, open, and intimate conversations through intuitive and creative expression. My practice has given myself the opportunity to work with diverse populations, such as seniors with dementia and their families, individuals with physical disabilities, at-risk youth, and women and children fleeing violence.

I draw inspiration from various holistic health modalities and spiritual practices to form an integrative approach to healing. These include, but are not limited to, sound healing, somatic therapy, breathwork, intuitive movement, energy healing, tarot reading, yoga, and meditation.

I am currently practicing in Vancouver, BC, and is working towards deepening my energy healing practice. In my downtime, you can find me enjoying a book and music, soaking in nature’s fresh air by the water or in a forest, or enjoying the company of loved ones, including my two calico cats!
