WE ACKNOWLEDGE

Freedom of Will

Healing is a self-led, intuitive practice

Healing is a dynamic process influenced by our choices and perspectives. Our free will grants us the agency to choose how we respond to the ebb and flow of life, how we want to heal, and how we shift our perspectives to best support our healing.

Your will and desire to seek out the depth of your experiences will drive you forward in the therapeutic process, and help you open the channels to re-align yourself and your sense of purpose.

Interconnectedness

Oneness, Unity, Connection, Togetherness

Our intuitive sense to identify patterns in a string of seemingly uncoordinated sounds parallels our ability to find insights and harmony amidst chaos.

We are undeniably part of the larger ecosystem and connected to one another in various ways. Seeking out interconnection amplifies our shared humanity, while strengthening our inner connection fortifies our bond with the Earth. These connections give us strength, hope, and provide us an emotionally safe place to land.

WE SEEK TO CREATE

Multidimensionality

Our experiences and perspectives are multi-faceted

Our bodies, realities, and sense of self are multi-dimensional, meaning the happenings within our conscious and subconscious mind, external surroundings, sensations, dreamscape, and the spiritual domain are all subjective and valid.

Understanding this concept allows us to apply both micro and macro perspectives when viewing our past, present, and future.

Harmony

“As above, so below; as within, so without”

Our external reality is a reflection of our internal reality. To achieve a state of inner harmony and alignment, we must also build a balanced and harmonious connection with our surrounding nature and the universe.

Most of our sufferings arise from internal battles and conflicting desires. Accepting change as a constant in life allows us to have a more flexible and positive outlook on our experiences. This helps us connect with a sense of unifying harmony within and without.
